How to create lists to group Customers

Introduction

You can create and import various static lists of customers in AiTrillion. This a step-to-step guide for creating lists to group Customers.

Step 1. Log into AiTrillion.

Step 2. Go to Email Marketing > Contacts > List

Step 3. Click on Create New List at the top-right corner of the screen for creating a new list.

Step 4. Now, add Internal Name, External Name, and Description (Optional) of the list and click on the Save button.

All the created lists can be viewed or edited from the dashboard.

Also, the created lists can be used for differentiating the users/customers who have subscribed or been added from various sources. Lists can be used at the time of popup creation, importing customer CSV’s, workflow automation, and many more.
