How to notify a customer that their question has been answered

This article talks about how you can notify your customers of answers to the questions they had on a product(s) on your site.

Step 1: Login to AiTrillion and head over to the Question and Answer section under Reviews. 

Step 2: Once there, click on the question and answer setting and head over to the email settings as Illustrated.  Make your settings and hit save. 

Step 3: Now everytime you answer a question for a customer you can choose to notify the customer of the answer by email!
