How to send bulk Emails to a Group of Customers

Introduction

Send emails to your customers in bulk if you want to make any announcement in bulk or run a campaign. This is a step to step guide to Send Bulk Emails To A Group Of Customers.

Workflow

Step 1. Log in to the app.

Step 2. Go to Email Marketing > Campaigns.

Step 3. Click on Create Campaign button at the top right corner.

Step 4. Choose the audience to whom you want to send the email campaign.

Note: You can choose any list or segment in the audience section.

How to Create a List | Segment

Step 5. Once selected then click on Save and Continue button to get the exact number of customers to whom the email will be sent.

Step 6. Now, design the email template according to your requirements.

Note: You can also choose the predefined email template or message from the dropdown.
