      How to import Loyalty Data from CSV File

      Introduction

      You can import your data of loyalty program into CSV File; this is a step-to-step guide for importing the data.

      Workflow

      Step 1. Login to AiTrillion.

      Step 2. Go to Loyalty Rewards > Import CSV.

      Step 3. Click on the Download Sample CSV button.

      Step 4.  Fill up the data in this CSV.

      Step 5. Upload the CSV by clicking on the Upload CSV button.

      Note: Download the sample CSV to import data correctly.
