How to manually adjust Customer’s Loyalty Points

Introduction

Add or remove points manually from any member of the store. If you would like to adjust a specific customer’s points balance, then follow this setup guide.

Workflow

Step 1. Login to AiTrillion.

Step 2. Under Loyalty Rewards go to Members >> All Members / Engaged Members

Step 3. Search for the customer to whom you want to add points & Go to the customer detail page by clicking on the icon (highlighted in the screenshot)

Step 4. Now, click on the Give Points / Remove Points button at the top-left corner of the screen as you so desire.

Step 5. A popup will appear asking for the points and reasons. Enter the number of points you want to Add/Remove and input the reason behind this.
