By providing us collaborative staff access, our support team can fix issues without taking up too much of your time, other than what is required to understand the issue.

- Log in as the store owner
- From your Shopify admin, click Settings, and then click Plan and Permissions
- In the Staff section of Permissions, click Add Staff.
- Enter the first name, last name, and email address for the new staff member. To give access to AiTrillion, use the email id firstname.lastname@example.org
- Click Send Invite
Note: By default, the staff member has full access to your admin. You can uncheck the staff has a full permissions checkbox to restrict this staff member’s permissions for accessing areas of the admin.
