Remind Customers To Enter Their Date Of Birth

There are two ways to remind your customers to add their birthday to the loyalty account.

Using  campaign or using workflow automation

Using Campaign –  Follow the below steps:

Step 1. Login to AiTrillion.

Step 2. Go to Email Marketing > Contacts > All Contacts

Step 3. Create a segment like this using the filters.

Step 4. Send a campaign to this segment.

Using Workflow Automation – Follow the below steps:

Step 1. Login to AiTrillion.

Step 2. Go to Email Marketing > Workflow Automation > Create

Step 3. Create a workflow like this using the created segment.
