      Follow the steps given below, to reply to a customer from AiTrillion’s Ai Chat

      Step 1:- Log in to the AiTrillion.

      Step 2:- Click on Ai Chat.

       

      All customer’s messages will show here.

      Step 3. Select a chat to reply to a particular customer, write your message and send.
