How to reply to Customer’s Reviews from AiTrillion

Introduction

Imagine a single screen from where you can manage and reply to your customers' reviews. This is a step-to-step guide to reply to Customer’s Reviews from AiTrillion.

Workflow

Step 1. Login to AiTrillion

Step 2. Go to Product Reviews > All Reviews > Product Reviews.

Step 3. Now, as shown in the snapshot, click on Edit and then on the Reply option.

Step 4. A popup will appear where you can write your reply and then click on the Submit button to save.

Step 5. Finally, you can see your reply on the product page.

Note: Follow similar steps for the Site Reviews.
