How to setup default Abandoned Cart Series Workflow

Introduction

Now recover the losses occurred by abandoned carts with the help of AiTrillion. This is a step-to-step guide for the setup of default Abandoned Cart Series Workflow.

Workflow

Step 1. Login to AiTrillion

Step 2.Go to Email Marketing > Workflow Automation > Dashboard.

Step 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on Use Now button beneath the Abandoned Cart Series. A popup will appear which will ask for confirmation. Confirm and proceed.

Step 4. The workflow has been created. Now you can edit it accordingly.

Note: You can edit the message by clicking on the message name.

You can send a series for the abandoned cart. Just check the cart status and add a new message.

Step 5. Enable the workflow and Save it.
