Introduction
You can send reminder emails for product reviews after an ‘X’ number of days once the review email has already been sent. This is a step-to-step guide for the setup product review reminders emails.
Workflow
The steps are as follows:
Step 1. Login to AiTrillion.
Step 2. Go to Product Reviews > Collect Reviews > Review Email Setting.
Step 3. Enable the Review Emails option, customize settings accordingly, and Save.
You can do the same for review reminder emails and edit them as per your requirements.
Note: You can send up to 3 reminder emails. Once a review submitted by the customer then the follow-up email will not be sent.
