Workflow Automation helps you add a personal touch to all your communications by eliminating manual processes.
This is a step-by-step guide to setting up Purchase Follow-up in Workflow Automation.
Workflow
Step 1. Login to AiTrillion
Step 2. Go to Email Marketing > Workflow Automation > Dashboard.
Step 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on Use Now button beneath the Purchase Follow-Up. A popup will appear which will ask for confirmation. Confirm and proceed.
Step 4. The workflow has been created. Now you can edit it accordingly.
Note: You can edit the message by clicking on the message name.
Step 5. You can send a thank you message in this workflow.
Step 6. Enable the workflow and Save it.
