      How to setup VIP Program (Tier System)

      Introduction

      Set up a VIP program based on the loyalty points earned by customers and provide them with additional benefits. Here is a step-to-step guide for the setup of the VIP Program (Tier System).

      Workflow

      Step 1. Login to AiTrillion.

      Step 2. Go to Loyalty Rewards > Tier System.

      Now, click on the VIP Program

      Step 3. Create a new program and click on Create A New Tier button.

      Step 4. Enter all necessary details on creating a program (tier) such as a program name, logo, earning, minimum points earned, etc. And click on the Save button.

      You can create more customer tiers by repeating the above steps as per your requirements.

      Note: When you create multiple tiers for your customers. Customers will auto-upgrade to the next level tier when they earn more loyalty points and fulfill the minimum points requirements of the next tier. For example, you have created three tiers in your store Bronze Tier, Silver Tier, and Gold Tier. The Minimum Point required to achieve the Bronze tier is 1000 points, for Silver, it is 2000 points and for Gold, it is 3000 points.

      When a customer signs up on your store and starts earning loyalty points by performing activities on your store. And when his loyalty points reach 1000 he will automatically come in the Bronze tier. And when his points reach 2000. Customers will automatically upgrade to the next level tier which is Silver Tier. 

      Question - If a customer has been upgraded from Bronze (1000 points) to Silver (2000 points) because he has reach 2000 points; but he used and redeem his points (Eg. used up 500 points = 1,500 points balance) - does that mean he will be downgraded? 

      Answer - No once the customer reaches any tire, he will not downgrade to the lower tier.
