How to setup Welcome Email in Workflow Automation

Send a welcome mail to let your new customers know that they matter. This is a step-to-step guide for the setup of a Welcome Email in Workflow Automation.

Step 1. Login to AiTrillion

Step 2. Go to Email Marketing > Workflow Automation > Dashboard.

Step 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on Use Now button beneath the Simple Welcome Email. A pop-up will appear which will ask for confirmation. Confirm and proceed.

Step 4. The workflow has been created. Now you can edit it accordingly.

Click on the Trigger box to choose the source.

Click on the Action box and update the email settings.

Note: You can edit the message by clicking on the message name.

Step 5. Keep Contact Throttling to default (Un-throttled). Enable the workflow and Save it.
