How to unpublish a Review from your Store

Introduction

Sometimes it happens that you get some irrelevant reviews on your eCommerce store. Now you can unpublish a review from your store.

Workflow

Step 1. Login to AiTrillion.

Step 2. Go to Product Reviews > All Reviews > Product Reviews.

Step 3. Now, as shown in the below snapshot click on Edit and then click on Unpublish to unpublish the review.

Note: If you want to delete the review, you can delete it by clicking on the Delete option. It will be deleted from AiTrillion and the online store.

Step 4. Now, you will see that review is unpublished. You can publish it again click on Edit and then on publish as shown in the snapshot.

Note: You can do the same thing with the site review by following the same steps.
